Belváros's Boutiq-Alumni Classical Cocktail Bar
Innio is Belváros's most precise classical cocktail bar — opened in 2020 by former Boutiq' Bar bartenders. The 28-seat room is dimly lit with leather banquettes and a long marble bar. The cocktail program is built on classical American cocktails with hyper-modern technique.
Bartenders work with hand-cut ice and squeezed-to-order citrus. The crowd is Budapest cocktail enthusiasts 30-50. Reservations recommended.
