Peychaud's is the French Quarter Hotel Provincial cocktail bar named for the inventor of Peychaud's bitters — a rigorous NOLA-classic-cocktail programme with a 200+ bottle aged-spirits collection.

The cocktail menu leans toward NOLA classics — Sazeracs, Vieux Carrés, Brandy Crustas — done with technical precision. The room is wood-panelled with a long mahogany bar. Live jazz Wednesday-Saturday from 8pm.

Walk-in friendly. Bar seats are first-come.
