Vasastan's Hyper-Modern Cocktail Laboratory
Hardware is Vasastan's most theatrical cocktail bar — built around hyper-modern technique with custom-made bartender tools displayed throughout the room. The 28-seat counter bar is industrial with reclaimed-wood seating and a deep technique laboratory at the back.
The cocktail program runs through five seasonal menus a year, all built around custom-tool technique — fat-washing, clarification, custom ice. Reservations recommended.
