Vesper Bar — Strip
Vesper Bar sits inside The Cosmopolitan's lobby — a small, dim, late-1960s-influenced cocktail room with green leather banquettes, a long marble bar and a James-Bond conceit (the house Vesper Martini is a properly built classic).
The cocktail menu runs about twenty drinks across classic, modern and Vesper-original columns. The room is intentionally low-volume — conversation-focused.
Walk-in friendly except weekend evenings. Bar seats are first-come.
