Mama Rabbit is the Park MGM Mexican-spirits bar — a 200+ bottle agave programme covering tequila, mezcal, raicilla and sotol that's one of the deepest dedicated Mexican-spirits collections in the United States.
The cocktail menu leans heavily Mexican — Margarita variations, smoky mezcal old fashioneds, paloma builds. The bar runs an agave-tasting programme that walks through the spectrum of Mexican spirits. Kitchen does Mexican small-plates.
