The Rosey is the Roosevelt Row neighbourhood cocktail bar from the Phoenix Public Market team — a tight programme of seasonal drinks plus a serious wine-by-the-glass list and a small-plates American kitchen.

The cocktail menu rotates seasonally with about a dozen builds. Wine programme runs 30+ pours by the glass with a strong natural-wine focus. Kitchen does small American plates — burger, charcuterie, vegetable plates.
