Changi is, by reputation, the best-designed airport on earth — Skytrax has named it world's best a dozen times, and the room-by-room consistency genuinely is a different category from anywhere else. Terminal 3, where Singapore Airlines runs its primary operation, has the Long Bar (the licensed Raffles outpost — yes, the actual Singapore Sling at the actual Raffles spec, served airside), a respectable Champagne bar near gate B, and a working dim-sum-and-cocktails room called Crystal Jade. Terminal 1, post-2024 renovation, has caught up.

The cheat code at Changi is the Crowne Plaza Changi Airport, attached to T3 by direct walkway. Imperial Treasure on the lobby level pours competent cocktails and is empty most of the time. Five-minute walk from immigration. If you've got 60 spare minutes pre-airport, the Atlas Bar at Parkview Square is 30 minutes by MRT (Stadium station, change at City Hall) and one of the world's great cocktail rooms — worth the round trip if your flight's been delayed by an hour.
