Frank's is the Palermo Hollywood speakeasy hidden behind a phone booth inside a hidden door — pick up the receiver, dial the number on the wall, the wall slides open into a 1920s-themed jazz lounge.

The format is reservation-only with a 30-person capacity and a strict no-photos policy. Cocktails are Prohibition-era classics done with technical precision. Live jazz Friday-Saturday. Door fee for non-members.
