Julep is Alba Huerta's Washington Avenue Southern-cocktail bar — repeatedly named one of the top bars in America for the depth of its bourbon programme and its rigorous take on Southern classics.

The cocktail menu is split between Southern-classics and rotating-modern columns, with a 250+ bottle bourbon back-bar that's one of the deepest in Texas. Kitchen does Southern bites — pimento cheese, deviled eggs, ham biscuits.
