Refuge — Downtown
Refuge sits on top of the Hotel Alessandra in Downtown Houston with a wraparound infinity-pool deck and a 360-degree view across the city skyline.
The cocktail programme is broad and well-built — classics-with-twist, a serious champagne list, a tequila and mezcal back-bar. Daybeds available with minimum spend through the day. Sunset programming Wednesday-Sunday with a DJ from 8pm.
