Cervecera Tres Cordilleras — Sevilla

Tres Cordilleras is Medellín's pioneering craft brewery — based in the Sevilla industrial district with a Thursday brewery-tour-and-tasting that's become a local rite of passage.

The taproom serves all eight house beers (pale, mestiza, blanca, negra, rosé, seasonals) plus a small kitchen doing chicharrón and chorizo plates. The Thursday tour is COP 35k including five tasters.
