Praga's Microbrewery Taproom
The Alchemist Brewery is a Praga microbrewery taproom with around 12 house beers brewed on site. The room is industrial and unfussy — exposed brick, large windows, a long bar — and the format is casual.
The beers are well-made. House range covers Pilsner, IPA, sour, imperial stout. The bartenders explain each pour. The food is small Polish-European pub plates.
The crowd is mid-thirties Praga craft beer enthusiasts. Pair with the wider Warsaw craft beer scene for a complete evening.
