Charlotte Bistro is a French-Polish bistro on Plac Zbawiciela with a serious wine programme. The room is bright and intentional — large windows, polished wood, around 50 seats — and the wine list runs to around 100 European bottles.
The drinks are well-made. The wine list is mostly French and Italian with a small Polish layer. The food is French-Polish bistro classics. The terrace on Plac Zbawiciela is one of the great Warsaw outdoor drinking spots.
