Atelier Amaro Bar is the bar programme of Wojciech Modest Amaro's Michelin-starred restaurant — a tight cocktail list built on foraged Polish botanicals, indigenous ingredients and laboratory-precise technique.
The bar uses centrifuges, rotaries and house-foraged herbs throughout. Cocktails are precise and conceptual — pine-needle infusions, birch-sap martinis, sorrel sours. One of Poland's most ambitious bar programmes.
