Chaleur is Ixelles' most theatrical cocktail bar, built around fire and smoke technique. The 32-seat counter bar features a custom flame-controlled ice well, smoking guns, and tableside theatrical builds. The crowd is Ixelles cocktail enthusiasts and visiting bar professionals.
The cocktail program runs through five seasonal menus a year, all built around fire technique, flamed orange peels, smoked old fashioneds, charred herbs. Reservations recommended.
