Green Lab is Brussels's most sustainability-focused cocktail bar — zero-waste cocktail program, locally-foraged Belgian ingredients, and a hyper-modern technique laboratory. The 28-seat counter bar is industrial with reclaimed-wood seating and a deep botanical library.

The bartenders forage in the Sonian Forest weekly for new ingredients — wild herbs, edible flowers, foraged berries. Each cocktail comes with a printed card explaining the ingredient sourcing.
