Cuban Cocktail Discipline in River North

Sparrow is hidden behind an unmarked door near River North. Inside is a small dim cocktail bar with a Cuban aesthetic — palm prints, dark wood, brass fittings — and a cocktail programme rooted in Cuban classics.

The Daiquiri programme is the signature — six different daiquiri builds covering classic, Hemingway, frozen, and seasonal variations. The Mojito is built with fresh Cuban mint when in season. The bartenders are knowledgeable.
