River North's Most Disciplined Hotel Cocktail Bar
The Berkshire Room is the cocktail bar of the ACME Hotel in River North. Benjamin Schiller runs the cocktail programme and has built one of the most disciplined hotel cocktail offerings in Chicago. The room is small and intentionally lit.
The cocktail menu is short and rotates seasonally. The Old Fashioned is benchmark — built with the bar's house whisky blend. The seasonal cocktails are thoughtful and not over-engineered.
