Apollo Bar is Nyhavn's most precise classical cocktail bar — opened in 2018 by former Ruby bartenders. The 32-seat counter bar is dimly lit with leather banquettes and a long mahogany bar. The cocktail program is built on classics with strong execution.
Bartenders work with hand-cut ice and squeezed-to-order citrus. The crowd is Copenhagen cocktail enthusiasts 25-50. Reservations recommended for the weekend.
