Lidkoeb is a three-floor cocktail bar in Vesterbro and one of the most respected in Copenhagen. The format is unusual: ground floor as a casual cocktail bar, second floor as a quieter cocktail lounge with table service, top floor as a dedicated whisky bar with around 300 bottles.
The drinks are precise across all three floors. The seasonal menu rotates four times yearly. The whisky room upstairs has a separate cocktail menu using Scotch heavily. Bartenders are formally trained and the build follows classical technique.
The crowd shifts by floor — younger and casual downstairs, more committed cocktail crowd on the upper floors. Pair with Ruby for a complete Copenhagen cocktail evening.
