Rapscallion is the Lower Greenville restaurant-bar from Nathan Tate — a Southern-leaning kitchen with a serious cocktail programme that regularly punches above its neighbourhood-bar billing.
The bar runs about fifteen original cocktails with a strong bourbon spec — barrel-aged Manhattans, a benchmark mint julep, smoked old fashioneds. Kitchen does Southern classics: shrimp and grits, smoked pork chop, biscuits.
