High and Tight is the Deep Ellum barbershop-themed speakeasy, push past a working barbershop counter, through a hidden door, into a dim 45-seat lounge with red leather and brass fittings.
The cocktail programme leans toward agave and aged spirits, mezcal old fashioneds, tequila Manhattans, a serious aged-rum back-bar. The room is intentionally low-volume, with mid-century jazz playing.
