Atlas is the Deep Ellum cocktail bar from Brian Hayes that's repeatedly placed in Texas's best-bar lists — a long-format menu of around forty drinks across regional and seasonal chapters.

The room is small with a long bar and a few tables, intentionally low-volume to let the drinks do the talking. The bartenders are widely regarded as one of the best teams in Dallas. Reservation strongly recommended weekends.
