Apothecary is the Bishop Arts speakeasy hidden behind an unmarked door at the back of a coffee shop, push through, into a dim 50-seat room with shelves of dried botanicals and old-style apothecary glass.
The cocktail programme runs around twenty-five drinks with a strong herbal-and-bitter focus, house-made bitters, foraged-herb tinctures, a serious amaro selection. The bar makes most of its modifiers in-house.
