Our Take

Ireland's First BYOB Cocktail Bar

Drop Dead Twice is The Liberties' most respected BYOB cocktail bar — guests bring their own alcohol, the bar provides everything else (mixers, garnishes, technique, glassware). Opened in 2017 as Ireland's first BYOB cocktail bar.

The cocktail menu lists 30+ recipes. Bartenders are theatrical and walk through the cocktail-building before pouring. The crowd is Dublin cocktail enthusiasts 25-50. Reservations required.

Pair with Vintage Cocktail Club for a more classical complement.
