Drop Dead Twice is The Liberties' most respected BYOB cocktail bar, guests bring their own alcohol, the bar provides everything else (mixers, garnishes, technique, glassware). Opened in 2017 as Ireland's first BYOB cocktail bar.
The cocktail menu lists 30+ recipes. Bartenders are theatrical and walk through the cocktail-building before pouring. The crowd is Dublin cocktail enthusiasts 25-50. Reservations required.
