Alex's Place is a serious modern cocktail bar in Beyoğlu with rotating seasonal menus. The room is intentional — leather banquettes, dim warm lighting, around 30 seats — and the cocktail programme is committed to classical discipline with Turkish twists.

The drinks are precise. The bartenders use Turkish ingredients heavily — sumac, pomegranate, fresh Turkish citrus, raki. The seasonal menu rotates with thoughtful original cocktails.
