Angelita is Chueca's most precise natural wine and cocktail bar, opened in 2018 by former Salmon Guru bartenders. The 36-seat room is candlelit with leather banquettes and an antique wooden cellar visible at the back. World's 50 Best Bars regular since 2021.
The wine list runs 200+ Spanish and European natural producers. Bartenders are sommeliers. The kitchen serves modern Spanish small plates. Reservations recommended.
