Charrúa is Salamanca's most respected Argentinian-Uruguayan wine and steak restaurant-bar, 200+ South American producers (Mendoza Malbec, Colchagua Carmenere, Tannat). The 36-seat room is candlelit with leather banquettes and an antique wooden cellar.
