Salmon Guru has been ranked in the World's 50 Best Bars top 10 for years. Diego Cabrera runs the bar and the cocktail programme is one of the most elaborate in Europe. Multiple themed rooms — including a tiki room you ask to enter — and a menu of around 30 drinks each technically precise and presented theatrically.
The cocktails are precise. The bartenders use serious technique and the drinks come in custom glassware. The seasonal menu rotates regularly and the classics are also benchmark.
