Skip the lower end of the wine-by-the-glass list; reviewers on r/paris consistently note that the cheaper pours feel like an afterthought next to the cocktails.

Reservations are strongly recommended for any party larger than two, and the maitre d’ will assign the table based on the smart-casual dress check at the door; a jacket avoids any awkward conversation.
