Parlour is Vinohrady's most precise classical cocktail bar — opened in 2017 by former Hemingway Bar bartenders. The 36-seat room is dimly lit with leather banquettes and a long marble bar. World's 50 Best Bars regular since 2020.
The cocktail program is built on classics with strong execution. Bartenders work with hand-cut ice and squeezed-to-order citrus. Reservations recommended.
