The World's Largest Gin Tower

Atlas Bar occupies the lobby of Parkview Square — Singapore's most photographed art deco building. The 14-metre gin tower at the centre of the room holds over 1,300 gins from around the world, the largest collection in the world. Bartenders ascend the tower in a mechanical lift to retrieve bottles for service.

The cocktail programme is built around gin and Champagne. The Atlas Martini uses any gin from the tower — bartenders recommend by botanical profile. The Champagne list runs to around 250 bottles. Cocktails are precise and the room is theatrical without being kitschy.
