Stockholm's Single-Animal Wine Restaurant
Djuret is Gamla Stan's most precise wine restaurant-bar — opened in 2010 with a deep natural-wine focus. Each dinner highlights a single animal (pig, cow, lamb, deer) paired through the entire meal to a different rotating natural-wine producer.
The wine list runs 300+ bottles. Bartenders are sommeliers. The crowd is Stockholm dining-class 40-65. Reservations essential.
