Omnipollos hatt is the brewpub for Omnipollo — one of the most respected Swedish craft breweries. The room is bright and unfussy — exposed brick, wood tables, around 50 seats — and the brewery's full range is on tap alongside collaboration beers.
The beer is world class. Omnipollo's range covers fruited sours, hazy IPAs, imperial stouts, and Pilsners. The pizza menu is also genuinely good. The brewpub format works.
The crowd is mid-thirties Södermalm craft beer enthusiasts. Pair with Akkurat for a complete Södermalm beer evening.
