The Baxter Inn is Sydney's most respected whisky bar — 700+ Scotch, Irish, Japanese, and American whiskeys. The basement bar from the Sweeney Todd's Barbershop team is dimly lit with leather banquettes and a long mahogany bar. World's 50 Best Bars regular since 2014.
The bartenders are whisky specialists and walk through the regions, ages, and styles before pouring. Cash-friendly, walk-in only. The crowd is Sydney whisky enthusiasts and visiting whisky tourists.
