Cantina OK! is a 12-seat alley-side mezcal bar from Maybe Sammy team Stefano Catino, Andrea Gualdi, and team. World's 50 Best Bars regular since 2022 — Asia's Best Bar 2023. The cocktail program is built entirely on agave (mezcal, tequila, raicilla, sotol) with classical technique.
Bartenders are mezcaleros and walk through the agaves before pouring. The cocktail menu rotates seasonally. Reservations required two weeks ahead.
