What Tyris On Tap Is
Tyris On Tap is the city taproom of Cerveza Tyris, one of Valencia's first craft breweries. It pours from 10 taps at Carrer de la Taula de Canvis 5, on a quiet square behind the silk exchange in the old city.
Nearly every tap carries the brewery's own range, with a couple of Belgian guests, per BeerAdvocate's listing. Everybody Hates a Tourist puts it on the short list of essential craft beer stops in Valencia.
Doors open at 7pm and close at 1am, every day.
Reading the Room
A taproom inside, a large patio outside, and the old city's stone walls around both.
The Market Craft Beer pours around the corner, which makes this square the natural start of a two stop crawl.
The Menu, Edited
Who Shows Up, and When
Locals starting the night, beer travelers ticking Valencia breweries, and patio groups through the warm months.
The square stays calmer than the Carmen bar streets five minutes north.
