The bar inside the Hotel am Steinplatz is the most beautiful hotel bar in Berlin — a 1920s-inspired room with dark wood panelling, leather seats, and a cocktail menu that rewards proper attention. The bartenders are classically trained and take their time. The gin selection runs to 60 labels; the whisky wall is equally serious.
