The Connaught Bar in Mayfair takes the top spot. It was named The World's Best Bar in both 2020 and 2021 by The World's 50 Best Bars, a feat reported by Time Out London and Robb Report, which confirms our ranking points the right way.

Methodology
Dataset. barsforkings.com master index, bars-master-72-cities.csv. We ranked every cocktail bars our editors track, 1104 venues in total, by the rating field, deduped by name and keeping the highest score. Pulled June 2026.
Method. The list is ordered by editor rating. Where bars tie on rating, we break the tie alphabetically by city, and we say so rather than implying a finer distinction than the data supports. Each winner links to its verified profile with address, hours and price.
External sources. Top placements are corroborated against independent recognition, cited inline, including The World's 50 Best Bars and city press. Our ranking is our own, but it should agree on direction with these authorities.
