Ezeiza's Ministro Pistarini International (EZE) is Argentina's main long-haul airport and the home of Aerolíneas Argentinas. The Salón Cóndor — Aerolíneas's premium lounge in Terminal A — runs the best wine programme of any South American airport, by a wide margin: Catena Zapata Malbec, Bodega Vistalba Pinot Noir, Domaine Jean Bousquet Chardonnay, all by the glass and properly poured. SkyTeam Elite Plus required. The American Airlines Admirals Club in T-A is the oneworld alternative.
Public-side at EZE is more limited — the airport is older and has resisted the polished-airport renovation wave that hit BOM and ICN. The cheat code is the Sheraton Buenos Aires Airport, a five-minute free shuttle from the terminal — its bar pours proper Argentine cocktails (the Malbec-and-tonic the Porteños have started insisting on, the Fernet-and-Coke that defines Argentine night-drinking) at non-airport prices. If you've got 90 minutes pre-airport, the bus to the city centre takes 45 minutes — Florería Atlántico in Retiro is the cocktail-bar destination if you've got the time.

Better drinking in Buenos Aires proper
Skip the airport entirely. These rooms are worth the cab, even with luggage.
