The Pulitzer Bar is the cocktail bar of the Pulitzer Hotel — a heritage 25-canal-house property along the Prinsengracht. The bar is small and the small terrace overlooks the Prinsengracht canal.
The cocktails are precise and well-executed. The Pulitzer Spritz uses house-infused aperitivo. The Negroni is benchmark. The drinks are classical with Dutch botanical touches.
