Vesper Bar is a 20-seat cocktail room in the Jordaan named for the Vesper Martini. The room is small and intentional, leather banquettes, dim lighting, a polished marble bar, and the bartenders work with classical discipline.
The cocktail programme is rooted in classical builds. The Vesper itself, gin, vodka, Lillet Blanc, is the right first order. The seasonal menu rotates four times yearly with thoughtful original cocktails alongside immaculate classics.
