The Mercury is the Old Fourth Ward neighbourhood cocktail-and-restaurant — a tight programme of seasonal drinks plus a serious wine programme and a celebrated burger.
The cocktail menu rotates seasonally with about fifteen builds. Wine programme runs 30+ glass pours. Kitchen does small American plates — celebrated burger, charcuterie, vegetable plates.
