Garage occupies — and is named after — the ground floor of a converted parking garage on Colorado Street. Concrete floors, exposed steel beams and a long zinc bar make it one of Downtown Austin's most architecturally distinctive cocktail rooms.
The cocktail programme runs to about thirty drinks across classic, modern and dealer's-choice columns, with a serious mezcal back-bar that's one of the deepest in the city. Bartenders are properly trained — bartender's choice gets you a real drink, not a tropical fruit-stack.
