Small Victory — Downtown
Small Victory is the upstairs cocktail-and-vinyl room above a 7th Street storefront — climb the stair, push the door, into a dim 32-seat parlour with a turntable spinning the whole night.
The cocktail list is short (eight builds) and the bar runs a strict no-phones, no-photos policy. Music is jazz and soul on vinyl, played at conversation volume. The room is intentionally analogue.
Walk-in only. Arrive before 8pm Friday-Saturday for a seat.
