Weather Up is the Austin outpost of the celebrated New York cocktail bar — a tight East Austin room with a curved subway-tile bar back and a cocktail programme that does the classics with proper precision.
The room is small (40 seats), dim, and intentionally low-volume. Cocktails are tight — a benchmark daiquiri, a properly stirred Manhattan, a celebrated Old Cuban. The clarified milk punch is the bar's calling card.
