Fingers Crossed — Canggu
Fingers Crossed is Canggu's most ambitious cocktail bar — a tight room of about 35 seats running an actual programme rather than the usual Bali tropical-stack approach.
The menu is split into chapters built around an ingredient (a recent run was around tamarind). Bartenders are mostly Australian-trained and the spec is tight — fat-washes, clarifications, infusions made in-house. The room is dim with a single long copper bar.
Reservations via Instagram DM. Bar seats walk-in friendly before 8pm.
