Our Take
Sundara — Jimbaran
Sundara is the Four Seasons Jimbaran's beachfront restaurant-bar — set on a long deck above Jimbaran Bay with the airport runway lights as the night view.
The infinity pool runs the length of the bar and during the day the daybeds are accessible to non-resort guests with a minimum spend. Evening shifts to a serious wine programme — the list runs to 200+ bottles, much of it Australian and Italian.
Reserve via the resort website. Daybeds need to be booked 5-7 days ahead in high season.
