Balius is Poblenou's most precise classical cocktail bar, opened in 2017 by former Paradiso bartenders. The 28-seat counter bar is dimly lit with leather banquettes and a long marble bar. World's 50 Best Bars regular since 2022.
The cocktail program is built on classics with strong execution. Bartenders work with hand-cut ice and squeezed-to-order citrus. Reservations recommended.
