The seating is generous, the heating is calibrated to extend the season into winter, and the cocktail programme is genuinely serious: a stirred-classics line built on top-tier whiskies and reserve vermouths, a seasonal signature rotation that draws on Levantine ingredients, and a wine list with proper depth in both Lebanese and European producers.

Service is impeccable in the way only a Four Seasons trains for. It ranks sixth because the room is excellent on every axis, but the price tier and somewhat distant location keep it from displacing the city-centre leaders.
