Our Take on The Roof Bar at the Four
rooftop · Polished The Roof Bar at the Four Seasons Beirut, perched above the Marina with the sea on three sides and the Zaitunay Bay yacht harbour directly below, is the city's most polished hotel-rooftop offering and the room that has done the most to reset international expectations of what a Beirut hotel bar can be. The seating is generous, the heating is calibrated to extend the season into winter, and the cocktail programme is genuinely serious: a stirred-classics line built on top-tier whiskies and reserve vermouths, a seasonal signature rotation that draws on Levantine ingredients, and a wine list with proper depth in both Lebanese and European producers.
Service is impeccable in the way only a Four Seasons trains for. It ranks sixth because the room is excellent on every axis, but the price tier and somewhat distant location keep it from displacing the city-centre leaders.
